Rex High Load Elevator Chain are used in high load systems where elevators with reduced speed is important to support gravity discharge. They use pins that are induction-hardened through a proprietary process that accurately controls the metallurgy of the pin. The resulting hardness features allows for both shock-loading strength and wear resistance in hostile environments and the inboard rollers are carberized to reduce sprocket wear.

Mill Duty Elevator Chains are used in high load systems where elevators with moderate and high speed is important for continuous and centrifugal discharge. They use pins that induction-hardened through a proprietary process that accurately controls the metallurgy of the pin.
